Payments

We accept payments through Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Orders paid by Personal Check Orders will be held for 10 days until they clear my bank.  Please make checks payable to Stephanie Willaby. Mailing address will be provided during checkout. 

You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with Paypal. Below are instructions on how to check out if you have never used paypal.

When you go thru the checkout process on my site it will take you to PayPal and look to your left of your screen and you will see:

Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue

Just click the Blue "Continue" and it will take you to a new screen and you can enter your credit card info. It's that easy! :)

I ship USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is a flat rate fee of $5.00 no matter how many bows you order. Shipping is free on orders over $50.00.  If you need your order shipped with faster method for or show or special event, please email me with your zip code and what date you need your order by, and I will email you a shipping quote.

Returns

We are sure that you will be satisfied with your order, however if some reason you are not, please email me and let me know what is wrong with your order . If it is a error on my part, I will give you a full refund. If you ordered the wrong size, I will exchange it, but you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges.

 International Customers

I now require that all internationl orders purchase Regesteried Delivery ($11.50 USD) and Signature Confirmation ($2.30 USD). I will also no longer offer free shipping over $50.00 to International Customers, the cost for USPS First Class Shipping is $5.00 USD.  You must add the Regesteried Delivery and Signature Confirmation to your cart when you order. If you over look it when you order then you will be billed a seprate invoice and you will have 48 hours to pay that invoice or your order will be cancelled and your money refunded.

I am sorry to all my wonderful past International customers for this. There are some people out there that lie and ruin things for everyone. I have had several International Customers say that they did not receive there order and file a charge back with Paypal. Because I have always shipped First Class mail tring to keep the cost down for everyone, I had no tracking number and no way of proving if they received there order or not, so I had to refund there money. I lost many hours of my time, supplies and money, so I am now forced to protect myself against people that are out to get something for free at my expense. 

I do have a list of customers that have ordered many times from me over the years with no problems and if you would rather not pay these fees, then please email me before you order and I will have to approve your order to ship without the extra fees.
